Main spec and Off spec:

My main spec right now is BM. The reason for this is because I simply enjoy the spec more than survival. I also think in fights such as elegon and so on where the hunter has to move quite a bit that if the pet is doing the majority of the damage and doesn't have to move then it works out alot better dps-wise.
I would also change spec no problem on fights that require heavy aoe damage because that is what survival excels at right now it the amount of dps done in those particular fights.

What glyphs are you using and why?

Major:
Glyph Of Marked Death: Mandatory as a hunter for applying hunter's mark off the gcd and easier when switching targets.
Glyph of Deterrence: Helps Deterrence out a bit since it got nerfed from Cataclysm.
Glyph Of Animal Bond: First off I would just like to say that the 3rd Major glyph isn't really mandatory for a hunter so yea. I like this glyph more than the others simply because it can help out healers aswell as improving my mend pet incase my pet is in trouble.

ier 1 - Crouching Tiger, Hidden Chimera, 1 min cooldown of your defensive cd's thats just makes orgasm.

Tier 2-3 : More depents on the fight on Tier 3 I mostly use the Hawk.

Tier 4 : Dire beast just provide the best dps for Beast mastery, thats all.

Tier 5 : A Murder of Crows - best possible dps then I use it.

Tier 6 : Again, mostly dps. Glaive.

Im using reforge lite addons and my prio is Hit and Exp Cap then Crit < Mastery < Haste. I trust that addon.

If you look at last raid let me tell you some facts what was there:

Stone Guards - They wanted me to pain and less do dps.

Elegon - On last phase my pet just Disappeared and I couldn't summon it back It was so annoying I was like WTF IS GOING ON?!

Its really hard to tell when it all was. but dragon soul I remember it was with a nerf.

What motivates you in this game?

I am always watching movies, guides and news about my hunter, I know how the mechanics of this game works and I am always benefiting myself from it, I am very competitive when it comes to logs and dps, I am coming ready and focused to every raid after I watched movies and guides.I always aim for the best.

Why I want to join you?

Cuz you looke like A guild who's biggest goal is to finish the current content as fast as possible without raiding 7 days / week. A guild who picks good players over friends and a guild with a well experienced and good leadership.
Im suck to be on guilds where there aint dedicated players, I feel empty there.
Also I feel like Zenona wife's he is good friend of mine.

My name is Ayal From Israle and im 17 years old.
Nothing changes much for me as a raider than a person in real life; I respect others by showing up to raids on time. I come mentally and physically prepared so I can perform to my best performance. I show up with all raid preparations from pots, flasks, and food buffs. I always keep myself updated on class mechanics and specs so I can utilize my class to its full potential. I learn tactics, read dungeon journal, and watch videos for new bosses before showing up to raids. I accept criticism and use it as a way to learn and fix my mistakes. If I can’t attend a raid for any reason I contact the raid leader/officers ahead of time so they can manage getting a replacement in order to avoid disruption of progress. I can offer suggestions or alternate ways to kill bosses if required. That’s more or less everything that I can think of at the current moment.

after watching his logs, he can put some good numbers, considering he got gear i think we should give him a trial as we got nothing to lose,
i believe we should give ppl a chance to prove themself even if its only to make our raiders to push themself more since they know we have replacements if they fuck around.

this is the hc pug he did in hof today,
he is pushing really good numbers comparing to his gear. and and on some hc he did better than our hunters.
considering the attendance we have atm it seems like a good idea getting him on our roster.

Shaaba, with all due respect you never put this much effort into apps, it sounds to me like you only want him in the raid due to his nationality, same for Zenona.

with all due respect last time we had a hunter in the raid was like 3-4 weeks ago?
having 2 hunters with the rank raiders doesnt actually means we have 2 active hunters.
and if we have someone who apply who can give us better preformance and is more active i see no reason no reason for us not to trial him.
also i didnt saw no disscusion about his apply.

Lakita, bad form. Zen is doiny very well and tbh out shining most. But we hav discussed this player ingame and have come to the conclusion that the app was declined. Ben is back playing so we should see him on a bit more. We shouldnt be discussing anything nationality related on the forums. at least not on the public recruitment part. So bring it up ingame. Hear what we have to say and leave it.

I wanted to let you know the new logs deffo looks much better, I'm happy to see them increasing as that's always a good sign.

Shaaba told me that you had been accepted to another guild now and I would recommend you atm to go there as our guild is in the process of remaking the roster. There's a lot of changes right now and what we are looking for in any new dpser we would consider would be a significant increase from the current dpsers. Your dps is similar to one of our hunters and having two already we couldnt quite warrant bringing in a third one.
