I'm 1 month away from the end of school, then i start college in September, however im doing 2 part-time courses, leaving a lot of time for wow and any other hobbies i wish to persue. For some reason 16 is considered to be young, however at 16 im legally allowed to start a family, concluding that im old enough to be mature in a guild:)

Past experience explanation: classic: n/a bc: n/a wotlk: Full clear of normal raids. 2 heroic in icc. cata:12/12n 1/13hc. 7/7n 5/7hc. 8/8n 8/8hc. Mop: 16/16n 3/16hc. 5/16hc killed last night.(This is a rather new account as i gave the old to my brother. However all of the above is true.)

How i know about the guild:
I was in "Core Crews" alt run for TOT and HOF, and i really enjoyed the atmosphere. This was because i noticed a few players were English or Norwegian, which makes a change from the usual 100% Arab guilds Ive been finding on kazzak. Also the conversation seemed to flow nicely, which complemented the raiding, making it even more enjoyable, sadly i was unable to talk as i was round my dads house, and he was sleeping. Looking at the guild from a playing perspective, you have 1/13 hc progress which is nice, and is where i feel id fit in.

Pc & Net specs:
Net: 20mb/s down 3mb/s up(upgrading in 3 weeks to 60mb/s down and 10mb/s up.)
Pc: AMD Radeon HD 6800 series.
Intel i-5 quad core 2500k 3.3ghz
4GB ram.

Professions + glyphs.
Glyph of flash of light - This is because flash of light is a heal i tend to use if someone is in need of urgent healing, so an extra 10% healing from the next spell helps alot in getting them up. Glyph of Divinity - This is useful for very demanding fights on your mana, 10% mana back along with my other mana cds, pots and trinket, is very useful. Glyph of Protector of the Innocent - This gives me 20% healing from word of glory when cast on another player, which is great for healing myself + another target, it saves time and mana.

Professions: N/A Doing them as soon as i have the gold to fund them. Due to exams for the past 3-4 months and a few months of heavy lessons before that, i havnt had much time to sort out this new account + new character, however now i have time, so everything will be in check.

Previous guilds: BASE: This was back in cata, they failed to progess after 4 weeks and they're management was awful. Resonance: This was on silvermoon alliance. They started strong but began to fall apart, 6 weeks and no progress, yet the management failed to indetify guild issues and assumed everything was fine.

Availability: Im available mon + tues + wed + thurs + sunday. During these days im available from 5pm-2pm server time.

New encounters + Class changes: I discuss current stats, spell priorities etc, with other holy paladins i know well.Check forums such as: elitest jerks, noxxic and ice-veins.Practice bosses on lfr for optimum healing situations for that specific fight. I always educate myself before every encounter, with various methods and guides.(fatboss, tankspot etc.)

Healing rotation: This is hard to explain due to each fight being situational, but il go over the basics for single target and aoe healing.
Single target: Holy shock(most effective healing spell), Eternal Flame(3 charges of holy power, instant cast, large heal), Holy light (minimal damage to keep on top of), Divine light(For phases of Heavy damage) Flash of light(A quick cast to prevent someone from dying, followed by divine light for an extra 10%, from "Glyph of Flash of Light.)

Aoe: Holy shock(Builds holy power, and procs infusion of light) Holy radiance(For Periods of heavy AOE dmg, and building holy power) Light Of dawn(3 charges of holy power, instant cast large aoe healing.)

Cd's: Gaurdian of ancient kings(Used for periods of heavy single target damage, that can't be dealt with, on single target rotation alone) Divine Favour + Avenging Wrath(used as a combo for heavy periods of AOE dmg/ Single target dmg, faster and bigger healers)

Reforges and Gemming: I gem for spirit for now, but once my gear improves il implement a bit more intellect, once i feel my mana is fine.
As for reforges if an item doesnt hold spirit, i reforge my weakest stat(spirit>int>mastery>haste>crit), into spirit. If the item hold spirit il reforge according to the stat prio above.

Additional information: As i said to Wít, in game, applications aren't my strongest point, and this is a relatively new account, therefor my achievement's and progress may be difficult to track, however if given a chance, im a good healer and i adapt to fights very fast. If given the chance, i wont fail.

haha, ive kinda got an ocd for them. If i change them it doesnt look right, and it realy annoys me lol.

it's not about what it looks like, but the information you can see!
Example, on my paladin (I'm Watweed from the alt run btw) I can see an indicator on every players showing how many people are withing a ten yard radius of that target, so i can optimise Holy radiance and use it to heal someone who is withing range of 8 people instead of someone who is within range of 1 person ^.^

That UI was perfect, no one is even close! But it died when MoP launched=(
Think it was called powerauras

Powerauras isnt a UI, it's a single addon

and it still exists under a new name which everyone but the nub rogue knows, as most people still use it haha

regarding the application.
I'm afraid we'd never consider someone with a lower performance then our alts. This is based on the altrun you joined with us. Cheers anyways.

Oh its a UI harry, when you use roughly 4-5 hours making the bars etc! just look at the screenies i posted a while back!
